Ananta is a founder of ReDiscover ThySelf and he took his path of yoga 18 years ago and used it to heal himself from recurrent health issues. Subsequently, he deepened his yoga practice and learned many different healing arts, including meditative inquiry, and now is a spiritual seeker dedicated to the journey to self. As a leading international facilitator, his guidance combines Osho, traditional Buddhist and Tantra practices, the Shamanic path, self-inquiry methods and some more modern and approachable embodiment practices.

For ReDiscover ThySelf, Detox Mind-Body: Yoga & Meditation Retreat, means eating the foods that support our bodies to cleanse and to help us move towards our ideal weight/health.
By combining yoga with a healthy diet you will find your body starting to gain tone, flexibility and generally feel amazing from the inside out.
Our team has designed juices and meals that cleanse and rebalance our bodies, whilst maximising the essential nutrients required by our bodies for good health. You have the option to juice or to eat during your stay at ReDiscover ThySelf. Rather than adopting a starvation diet where you are always feeling hungry, all the food we serve support our bodies to cleanse and to help us move towards our ideal weight.

You will be given a 5-day program of activities when you arrive at the retreat.:

- 07:00 AM Therapeutic yoga or Kriya yoga ( Deep Cleansing the body )
- 08:30 AM Breakfast buffet
- 10:00 AM 60 minutes : Meditation / Activity
- 11:15 AM Bodywork (healing sessions / spa / Free time )
- 12:00 PM 60 minutes: Pranayama
- 13:00 PM Vegetarian lunch buffet
- 14:00 PM Free time
- 16:00 PM Meditation / Activity
- 17:00 PM Tea break
- 18:00 PM Intensive learning to be more self-aware / Yoga Nidra
