Inhale your breath and while doing that lift your arms, chest, and legs. Don’t raise your face, let it be on the face-down position. Roll your shoulders down away from your ears. Then exhale slowly and slowly put all the raised parts in its initial relaxed position. Do this pose three times.
Stay in the face-down position in your mat. Bend your knees and hold your ankles. While inhaling, stretch your knees, keeping your gaze in the downward direction. Then exhale slowly and go back to your initial relaxed position.

Lie on the mat with a face-down position and place your palms touching the mat. Now place your both palms on the side of your chest. Gently raise your body while the palm still resting on the floor like a cobra is rising. Stay in this position for a few minutes and then go back to your initial position.

Stand up with the legs wide apart and place your hand in your hips. Then slowly bend towards the floor until your head touches it and place your hands on the sides of your head. Stay in this position for a few minutes then go back to your initial position slowly. Do this three times.

Sit in vajrasana (kneeling and sitting on the inner side of your leg). Put your elbows between your head after leaning forward and touching the ground. Slowly raise your abdomen to form a mountain pose and make sure your legs are resting on the fingers of your feet. Now slowly lift your right leg and bend your knee, then lift your left leg and do the same. Balance your legs with your head, then lift both legs one by one straight up in the air. Stay in this pose for few moments until you are comfortable, and then slowly bring your legs down one by one like in the initial mountain pose. After that, slowly go back to your Vajrayana.
